We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for one more woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband initial left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any far more. He stated he necessary time apart and did not wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he said he required to set himself up in a new place to live.
Whilst waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have an additional woman as a similar thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to offer our client with all the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had possibly been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
